We are currently recruiting for a motivated nurse for their lovely nursing service in Bristol. The home provides nursing care and support to the elderly; this can be palliative, respite, general nursing, dementia and residential care.As a Staff Nurse you will be required to aid the residents, monitor care plans and liaise with all healthcare professionals regarding the well-being and health needs of the residents. You will report to the Home Manager and will assist with maintaining quality standards of care.Person Specification: We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and approachable, as well as a good team player. We are looking for a qualified nurse for this position so you must hold a valid NMC registration.
