General Practitioner

Our client researches and develops innovative, high quality solutions designed to make diagnostic testing more accurate. They are now on the lookout for a General Practitioner to join their clinics in Liverpool or Wilmslow.

Joining a team of world-class Scientists and experienced Doctors, you’ll have the chance to develop your career within the private healthcare sector, whilst delivering a high standard of care and service to patients.
As a General Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing private consultations to patients and clients who use our client’s unique health services.
Working closely with a team of Scientists, Doctors and Nurses, you’ll offer a tailored experience to each patient and will provide an exceptional standard of evidence based care.
Discussing the positive and negative findings of test results, you’ll offer strong advice and actions plans and communicate the benefits of health and lifestyle interventions.
You will support and participate in the development and innovation of clinical areas, ensuring that the expertise of world class scientists is combined with your clinical acumen.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Full GMC registration with a licence to practice and be currently on the GP register
- At least five years’ post registration medical experience, with at least 12 months in General Practice or equivalent
- Evidence of medical indemnity cover
- Evidence of ILS training within the last 12 months
- An interest in preventative medicine, wellbeing, laboratory medicine and the application of science to the diagnostic process
- An MRCGP, MRCP or equivalent
- A full driving licence
Flexible towards hours and location, as a General Practitioner, you must be professional and focused with excellent attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills are also key, as is a highly analytical approach.
