Job Description
Cheltenham Park Hotel is a 4 star hotel with 152 rooms on the outskirts of Cheltenham, we are looking to recruit an experienced Junior Sous Chef:
The ideal candidate will be
Able to work under pressure in different sections of the kitchen such as bar, starters, mains and desserts. Helping to produce on average 120 covers a night and banquets of up to 300 covers. You must be a highly motivated, multi-tasking team player with the ability to manage under pressure and a willingness to learn.
Hours: 40 hours per week, permanent contract
Salary: ??21,000 per annum
