This is an exciting opportunity to join our Soho Supervisor Training Scheme which guarantees a permanent Supervisor position on successful completion of the programme!
We are seeking a highly energetic and passionate motivator of people, who will assist in driving our Soho Franchise Stores forward at Bradley Stoke, Thornbury and Yate!
You will spend 6 months:
Being fully trained as a Barista
Training and undertaking responsibility for supervising staff
Learning about the operating procedures including cashing up and implementing rotas
Developing your knowledge of Food Safety procedures in line with current Health and Safety legislation
Receiving Management training
As part of your training, you will ensure that Soho Coffee is known for great locally produced food and coffee, and fantastic service. By doing this you will learn about the Soho Brand, driving sales and profitability as well as new, loyal and repeat custom.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a career in quick service restaurants, within a dynamic service industry.
