Leisure Club and Spa Receptionist
The Macdonald Bath Spa Hotel is recruiting for a Leisure Club and Spa Receptionist to work within the luxury state of the art Spa.
This role is an integral part of the team and operation, it would suit someone who has worked in a customer facing environment whereby each day brings new opportunities. Working hours to suit business needs, including some evenings and weekends, the primary function of the job role is the day-to-day operation of the reception area, the role would require you to manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls, manage spa treatment booking, general member and spa customer queries and handle money. The successful candidate will have past experience in dealing with customers, telephone handling and be able to work flexible hours.
The hotel has 129 bedrooms, including 19 butler serviced suites, the Imperial Suites, and an award winning restaurant. We host a number of weddings, conferences and private dinners throughout the year and are particularly popular with leisure guests visiting Bath.
