Individuals can then step down to smaller facilities where they experience less supervision and more independence whilst maintaining a strong link to the care team. They may have a history of behaviours that challenge and need help developing strategies so they can appropriately manage their anxieties. Located in Radstock, Somerset, with a wide range of amenities nearby, the service is ideally located for safe, structured steps towards greater independence. We support with education, independence, social skills and therapeutic programmes designed to enable the individual to progress towards more independent living. Job Advert Role Description We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Manager. The successful candidate will support the Home Manager in ensuring that the home is maintained in accordance with our regulatory bodies. The role holder will line manage the senior team to ensure high standards of care and service are achieved within the home to regulatory standards. The successful candidate will support the Service or Home Manager in managing resources to ensure sales and profits are maximised.
