Paraplanner/PA to Director

Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced para-planner/personal assistant to join their friendly team. The role would involve working closely with the directors, as well as the in-house support staff. Main duties would include: Researching client records & calendars in order to prepare for client meetingsMeeting & greeting clientsAnswering calls & monitoring incoming correspondenceMaintaining client recordsHelping with technical research & writing of client suitability reportsGeneral administration support Essential Skills/Qualifications: Confident, professional & pragmatic approach to all dutiesDedicated team playerPositive "can do" attitudePrevious para-planning / research & report writing experienceFull Level 4 Financial Services Diploma (or willingness to achieve)Desire to continue with studies & professional qualifications This role would suit an individual who has experience in financial planning administration, a good working knowledge of products, suitable advice and FCA regulations; someone who has an interest in a hybrid PA role with additional para-planning duties and the opportunity for internal progression.
