About Chailey Heritage Foundation
Chailey Heritage Foundation is a pioneering charity providing education, care and transition services for children and young people with complex physical disabilities and health needs.
The Role
We are currently looking to recruit a full time Senior Support Worker.
Your duties will include, assisting the manager with the operational delivery of a residential and/or respite service. To lead and direct others to provide person centred support to children and young adults with physical disabilities and complex health needs, in order to promote independence and personal fulfilment.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Health & Social Care
- Experience of working with children and/or adults with disabilities
- A basic knowledge of care standards and the requirements of OFSTED & CQC
- A high standard of communication skills
Salary details: £20,720 - £22,791 per annum pro rata
