HLTA

Are you a qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant who is motivated, reliable and has a passion to help students succeed? Are you proactive in your work and able to rise to sudden challenges?

We are currently looking for a HLTA to work in a Primary school in Rotherham. We are looking for someone who can adapt to situations, is flexible and can ensure the smooth running of a primary classroom in the absence of a the Teacher. You will be experienced in 1-1 and group interventions, enabling all children to access learning and achieve their academic potential.

You must hold:

A valid HLTA Qualification.Experience working in a UK classroom environment.A valid DBS (Randstad can facilitate a DBS application if required).Right to work in the UK.

You will be responsible for:

Covering PPA time and delivering work set by the class teacher.Working 1-1 or in groups with children.Working well within a team to achieve the overall aims of the school.Fully engaging with the ethos of the school.
