This fast growing and innovative technology company has two Client Support roles available for local to Nottingham candidates looking to work in a relaxed, supportive customer focussed environment. They are a fast growing technology business and with them you'd be working with app and software queries requiring you to trouble shoot problems and identify solutions.

Working within the exciting Healthcare Technology sector you would be responsible for all first line support tasks, which include recording all customer communications, helping their clients: healthcare professionals and clinicians come to an effective and rapid issue resolution in line with appropriate Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions.

The post holder will take ownership of queries, escalating live project incidents to the Support Manager, Project Managers, or appropriate technical leads as required, whilst retaining responsibility for providing external customer feedback and incident closure; acting at all times in a professional, patient and courteous manner extending empathy as and when needed.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Actively trouble-shooting products and systems to identify and resolve issues, proactively preventing incidents and minimising impact to customer by identifying and addressing potential issues.
- Identifying system, problems, and bugs and liaising with Project Managers and the Development Team.
- Actively participating in operational meetings, sharing experiences and lessons learned.
- Identifying incident trends, ensuring major incidents and near-misses are reported to the Support Manager

Key Skills
- Excellent customer service skills.
- You must be able to demonstrate a higher level of problem solving skills.
- A client focused approach, with a sound understanding of best practice customer and technical support service is needed.
- The ability to work well within a team environment. Candidates must be proficient in MS office suite of programs. They must also have a flexible attitude, excellent communication skills and the ability to solve problems effectively and generate innovative new ideas.
- Have good a decent working knowledge of both Android and Apple smartphones, be confident in downloading Apps.
- Have a real passion in the latest emerging technologies and innovations.

Education and Experience
- Excellent communication skills including written and verbal.
- Customer focused and always looking to deliver above expectations.
- Ability to multi task.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Candidates will ideally be educated to a degree level in a relevant subject or have previous mobile or internet IT Support work experience.

Working Hours
The department provides support 24/7 365 days a year.
UK hours of work are 37.5 per week, participating in a rota which includes a shift pattern Monday-Friday between the hours of 7am and 5.30pm and at a weekend between 7am - 10pm.
