Acting on behalf of financial institutions, private equity and venture capital firms, they are a small professional services firm who specialise in supporting management teams to grow through strategic and operational change.

The businesses they support have been backed by private equity investors or are in the process of getting funding. As part of their remit they generate recruitment work, building out management teams to fill capability gaps within the client business.

The role

They are now looking for an experienced recruiter to join their team and work with them to build the recruitment arm of the company beyond its current levels. You will pick up the naturally occurring recruitment jobs, but they are looking to expand their services well beyond these naturally occurring assignments.

About the company

They are a team of experienced Interim Directors, Lawyers and Accountants. They are ambitious but you will find them confident and relaxed, not interested in quick fixes. They own the business and they will personally invest time and money into this exciting expansion of their services.
