The role will require you to facilitate process improvements by dealing directly with our hotel managers and senior leaders to ensure our guests are getting the exceptional service they deserve.What we can offer you...Your main responsibilities will include:Coordinate and triage enquiries from Operations through the effective management of a central email inbox.Proactively identify opportunities by analysing guest booking data patterns to improve Revenue Quality and coordinate resulting actions to a positive outcome.Work with Commercial Performance team to develop and manage a set of reports and alerts to optimise the speed and effectiveness of response to revenue quality issues.Why we would love you to apply...You have got the following skills and experience: * You pride yourself on your strong analytical skills. * You are comfortable with Excel at an intermediate level. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with highly customer centric style. * You have a very strong attention to detail and thrive on following a process under time pressure. * You have the confidence and ability to build strong relationships and credibility across the business. * You have the ability to coordinate and drive activities across multiple functions within a business. * You are comfortable with handling and manipulating large quantities of data. * You enjoy interaction with people at all levels and have an excellent communication capability with an "eye" for detail and critical analysis.
