Senior Change Manager – Luton, Bedfordshire - £55-65k plus bonus, package
This is an excellent opportunity to join a Global Solutions Provider.
The Senior Change Manager will be accountable for the governance and control of all change management related activities across the Technology business unit in EMEA. The Technology business unit is responsible for the development and ongoing service delivery of software and application solutions that facilitate high volume, regulatory, transactional customer communications and hosted digital content services.
The Senior Change Manager will be responsible for owning the Change Management processes for new solution and project implementations and changes to existing services, known as ‘BAU’ Change Delivery; ensuring the responsibilities for the management of the end to end delivery are clearly defined, communicated to the wider Change Delivery team and adhered to. This will involve the buy-in and commitment of in-direct reports and third party service providers. The Senior Change Manager will be the primary point of escalation for issue resolution and intervention.
Financial governance is a key component of the role including management of a cost base, analysis and accuracy of third party service provider time logging and recharging, forecasting and client invoicing.
The role is accountable for a Change Management team consisting of Technical Specialists, Change Portfolio Managers and Change Analysts working as an integrated on/off-shore delivery model.Qualifications and ExperienceProven experience in line/matrix management including 3rd Parties5 year + management track record of Change ManagementExperience of implementing and managing ITIL Change Management processes and change successfully – ITIL foundation certified as a minimumITIL Change Management Specialist qualification would be an advantageProven track record of good understanding and experience of managing multiple, internal key stakeholder relationshipsPrince 2 qualifiedProven experience in monitoring and successfully managing progress on Change Management activitiesExperience of using and implementing Change Management toolsetsExperience of risk managementCommercial Awareness
