Salary dependent on experience

Full or part time –  part time hours 4-5 hours per day

We are a Private Training Provider looking for an excellent Customer Service Administrator to provide administrative support to our Sales, Management and Course Tutors, based at our centre in York.

Either full or part-time (short days)  – please indicate preference and current salary.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Account duties to include collecting payments and debt chasing
  • Course administration, including production of handouts and presentation materials
  • Post course administration
  • Booking of hotel accommodation
  • Administrative support to Management, Sales and Course Tutors as required

The successful candidate is likely to have the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent customer services experience
  • Good communicator – written and verbal
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
  • Willingness to learn
  • IT literacy
  • Previous accounts experience
