Early Support Services are looking for Community Support Workers, across the county, to support disabled children/young people live their lives both at home or in their local community working as part of a community based team supporting disabled young people with their personal care and independence skills.

Are you an enthusiastic, motivated and caring individual who wants to make a difference to the lives of disabled young people?

You will need experience within a caring role and be willing to undertake training to Diploma level 2 in Health and Social Care.
