Residential Conveyancing Paralegal

Are you a residential conveyancing paralegal looking to develop your career within a progressive firm in Sunderland? Our client is a very successful high street firm and as a result of their increased success they are looking for another residential conveyancing paralegal to join the team. The Role You will be required to manage a full and varied residential conveyancing caseload under the supervision of a solicitor The firm have a very effective team structure and you will sit within a triangle structure. You will work alongside another paralegal and then you will both be supported and supervised by a skilled residential conveyancing solicitorYou will receive training where required but then once shown you should be able to manage matters confidently Naturally you will update clients on all matters including sales, purchases, remortgages and some more complex matters such as shared ownership The Candidate It is essential you have a clear desire to pursue a long term career within residential conveyancing Ideally you will have existing experience of managing some property matters self-sufficiently but be looking to expand your technical skills, knowledge and skillset It is essential you work well within a team and are a strong team player, as you will be working as part of a small triangular team which forms part of a much larger residential conveyancing department Essential you work well within a fast paced environment and can prioritise your desk effectively Benefits Competitive Salary Progressive opportunity to those that impress, work hard and efficientlyOpportunity to form part of a team that has really established themselves over recent years within the market How to Apply If you would like to apply for this role then contact Fiona Hill at Sacco Mann or another member of our Chartered Legal Executive and Paralegal team.
