They are an employer who you would be proud to say you are working for. Due to an increase in projects, we now have a vacancy for a Site Manager to join their growing construction team. Reporting into the Senior Project Manager your main responsibilities will be to lead, manage and coordinate all site construction activities for the new build of student accommodation in Lancaster. Your main duties will be but not limited to: Lead and manage construction teams, ensuring individual and company objectives are achieved toManagement of all site activities to include procurement of equipment and all labourHealth and safety managementEnsuring risk assessments and method statements are in place and adhered toAttending regular client update meetingsMonitor and close out all issues raised by safety, quality and environmental reports and audits The ideal candidate will need to have: Worked as a Site Manager or similar on multi-level, new build and/or refurbishment of Student and/or residential apartment projects ideally in city-centre locationsOutstanding technical knowledge on construction operationsAbility to deal with major and complex issues with easeA CSCS card
