Business Development/Account Manager Glasgow, City Centre GBP20,000 - GBP22,000 plus uncapped commission, realistic OTE GBP30K+ in year 1 Elite Training and Consultancy is a UK leader in Training and Consultancy solutions; managing training for some of the UK's largest organisations. Due to expansion we currently require confident, tenacious, Business Development Specialists to work within our prestigious Glasgow City Centre office working alongside our current successful sales team. The successful candidate must be:- Extremely self-motivated with the ability to achieve high outbound call targetsDriven to exceed sales targetsStrong communicator with an articulate and confident telephone mannerAbility to produce quality business opportunities and new business leadsConsistently maintain accurate records of all calls and leads generatedOffer outstanding Customer Care levels to our existing and new client baseA confident self-starter with the ability to work autonomously Experience:- B2B experience is essential to succeed in this roleProven sales success within their previous rolesA demonstrable stable job historyComputer literate in MS Office packages Successful candidates will be rewarded with a completive salary plus uncapped commission based on sales revenue generated (once completion of probation period).
