You will be on a full time permanent contract, with a highly competitive salary of GBP7.10-GBP7.60 depending on age. About the Supervisor/Barista Maestro role As a Barista Maestro, you'll be the face of our brand, championing the Costa culture and putting great customer service at the heart of everything we do. Supporting the management team, and leading the team in their absence, your responsibilities will be wide and varied, from assisting with recruitment and development to ensuring the quality of coffee and equipment meets our high standards, to managing stock and cash. It all goes in to delivering unbeatable coffee experiences. Who we're looking for in theSupervisor/Barista Maestro With a genuine passion for our brand and a plethora of leadership skills, you'll have supervisory/management experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. If it's in hospitality or the retail environment, that's even better. Ideally, you'll also have all the skills (and accreditation) of a Barista too, but if not don't worry; we can train you to craft the perfect coffee.
