Engineer Coordinator - SAP A MUST
A Print Media company based in Brentford is looking to recruit an Engineer Coordinator to join a busy and demanding department. The role will require exceptional customer service skills with the ability to work well under pressure. Standard hours are 8.00am - 5.15pm (this includes 1 hour overtime). You will be expected to cover other shifts when staff are on holiday - 6am-2pm / 2pm to10pm. A prerequisite for the success of this position is the ability to build a good rapport with customers and field staff alike, ensuring both relationships work well. The role requires a large amount of teamwork with office colleagues and therefore excellent communication skills are a must. Duties: Logging customer calls.Updating customer on status of call.Planning field resource effectively.Seeing calls through to invoicing.Liaising with Technicians with a view to a 'first time fix' for our customers.If escalation is required, ensure relevant information has been collated as passed on to Service Supervisor/Management.Ensuring Job queues are maintained.Ensuring planned maintenances are arranged efficiently.Liaising with 'internal' customers where necessary (Stores dept, accounts dept, I.T).Highlighting areas that may require improvement / training to improve customer experience.Directly providing support for Divisional Management & Supervisors.Providing general administration support to the Customer Service team, if/when required.Providing updates / reviews for management team regularly.Providing cover within the department for absences.Such other duties may from time to time be allocated. Skills and Experience: Experience of coordinating engineers is a mustA good level of IT skills, specifically with Microsoft Word, Excel, and previous exposure to SAP would be an advantage, as would the ability to learn and absorb use of bespoke software.Excellent customer service experience both verbal and written Huntress Group does not discriminate on the grounds of 'protected characteristics' as defined under the Equality Act and other relevant UK legislation.
