Front of House Manager Restaurant

The main purpose of the role is to ensure a seamless front of house operation, creating a warm and welcoming environment and ensuring the very best of customer service at all times. The ideal candidate will need to be highly motivated and confident in being able to converse with people of all levels, with the ability to identify problems and implement appropriate solutions. Key responsibility's: Front of house management *Creating a warm & welcoming environment *Delivering exceptional customer service *Developing current business and advising on possible business opportunities *Creating team structure *Implementing KPI's (Key Performance Indicator) *Managing occasional events Administration *Ordering and managing stock levels *Rota creation for staff *Organising uniform for staff *Daily cashing up Training & Development *Induction of all front of house staff *Managing & developing team This is a opportunity not to be missed!!
