EMEA Web Operations & Analytics Manager
We are currently recruiting for a EMEA WebOperations and Analytics Manager to join one of our most prestigious companies based in the outskirts of Southampton. If you are looking to join a forward-thinking marketing team, then this is the role for YOU! This role will play a critical part managing all of the digital marketing material for a very succesful brand, including all of their corporate sites, online shop, eCRM communication and other ad hoc digital campaigns within Europe and the US. (This role would require some travel) Managing a small team in the UK and others across Europe, the purpose of this role is to drive Web Operations planning and decisions, through the provision of accurate data and insight into marketing effectiveness. Key team outcomes: Monitor and drive day-to-day e-Commerce operationsCoordinate all back-end operations related to the Online Store with IT, Finance and warehouse management in EMEARepresent the EMEA region on the worldwide Web board CommitteePilot through Business Dashboards in coordination with the Digital Insights teamPropose strategies to improve the business that are aligned with Regional Sales objectives, using data from Digital Insights / Web analytics and Sales reportsDeliver analytics to EMEA and Countries Marcom ManagersPut in place the promotions that countries need to implement in their country sitesDemonstrates strong reporting skills. Person profile/ requirements: Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, SAP or equivalent).Proven track record in managing online store interfaces and e-commerce sites.Demonstrates ability to quickly grasp different technologies and overcome technical issues.Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.International experience required. Comfortable in a matrix environment with solid experience of managing multi-lingual projects.Extremely detailed oriented with proven communication skills.Ability to work with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Results orientated with a bias for action.Proven HR management skills. Role requires close collaboration between onsite team and country leads. To be successful in your application you will have: Experience in e-Commerce marketing and promotional strategies with website content management systems.Strong experience with Analytics and Adwords, HTML/XML Excel/Power point etc and understanding of systems architectureExperience in an International Company (preferably FMCG/electronics)Track record of managing teams - this role requires strong interpersonal skillsCapable of presenting to high level management.Working language - English. Practice of another European language would be considered a plus.
