Finance Integration Manager
The purpose of this role is to support the integration of two companies across all work streams including the production of the 2017 plan, reporting alignment, data mapping and implementing new accounting policies. You will be reviewing and updating standard operating procedures and legislative updates. In addition to the above duties, you will also be responsible for purchase price accounting, tracking GAAP differences and providing analytical support to help with budgeting and forecasting. You will have strong analytical experience and be highly proficient in excel and analysis. Candidates with financial modelling experience are highly encouraged to apply. We are seeking candidates who take ownership of projects and have demonstrated skills in communicating and working with various business units.Depending on the project needs and the overall performance of the successful candidate, this role may be extended beyond the initial three month contract.You will need your own vehicle as you'll spend majority of your time in Essex and a small portion at Buckinghamshire.
