Engineering Manager - Global FMCG business

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing FMCG food business based in London who are looking for an engineering manager to lead from the front in managing a talented team of multi skilled engineers and team leaders. Client Details As part of the site leadership team, you will be joining a business very committed to people development and they have a track record of people on this site that have been developed in the business to senior management positions. It is a fast paced environment, so you will need to be a natural problem solver, and drive excellent performance on a daily basis. Description You will be responsible for managing the engineering team, including all people management of a team of multi skilled engineers and team leaders. You will ensure the effective implementation of the PPM system as well as ensuring that you are driving continuous improvement activities on site as part of the CI team. Profile An experienced engineering manager in an FMCG business, ideally food/drink background. Confident people manager. A 'hands on' and visible management style. A natural problem solver.
