EYFS Recpetion Teacher - Central London

EYFS -Reception Teacher An outstanding two form entry primary school in the Central South London area of Southwark are currently looking for an enthusiastic and creative teacher to join their EYFS team this January 2017. The successful teacher will be teaching in the new Reception class on a permanent basis. The school is highly respected by both teachers and parents alike for its academic achievement which is above the national average. The school day begins at 8:30, ends at 3.30pm and there are optional after school clubs that teachers are not obliged but encourage to help and run. There is possible subject leadership in either, ICT, PE or Creative Arts for the successful candidate. Core subject leadership also comes with TLR. The school are ideally looking for teachers who can really put their mark on the school and who are particularly interested in those who have fresh ideas and approaches to teaching. This position would suit both and experienced teacher or someone fresh out of their induction year. The school are unable to support NQT induction at this point in the year unfortunately but will have many NQT roles from January 2017/ Based in Central London, the school benefits from fantastic transport links - over ground/tube and bus routes. Successful candidates must have QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) as well as either a Bachelors of Education ideally with a primary specialism or PGCE. You will also need to have or be able to get a valid DBS that is on the update service and provide two sets of reference details from recent employment.
