A Technical Services Manager is sought to join a well-established national Facilities Management company based in Hertfordshire.Title: Technical Services Manager (Facilities Management)Location: HertfordshireSalary: GBP50k - GBP55k per annumBenefits: Pension, work mobile phone & laptop The organisation has been established for over 25 years and is part of a large international FM group.The Technical Services Manager will be tasked with achieving excellent technical and operational delivery and client satisfaction on a new FM contract. The post will have full Hard Services responsibility for PPM, Reactive, fabric and all sub-contracted services.The Technical Services Manager will be responsible for the following:-Working to identify opportunities for service improvements -Developing strong customer relationships-Ensuring team motivation and efficiency-Budgetary control and reportingThe ideal Technical Services Manager will possess the following:-Experience in a similar Technical Services / Facilities Management role-Experience of CAFM systems -An in-depth understanding of Facilities Management, with a background in Hard Services-Experience of leading a team and improving efficiency, processes and systems as part of service deliveryThis is an extremely fast-paced role, so you will need excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise.As a Technical Services Manager you will joining an organisation that truly values providing a high class customer experience whilst building long term relationships.
