Accounts Payable Clerk
Hitchin Location
Salary: 19k - 20k pro rata
Our Hitchin based client is seeking an experienced, reliable accounts payable cleark to work within their finance team.
and Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for your own part of the payables ledger and your maintasks will be to process payable invoices onto our SAP system.
?
It would be your responsibility to ensurethat all costs are recorded for month end accounting and to handle invoice and payment queries to the point of resolution.
?
In addition you will be required to carry out regular reconciliation of supplierstatements and maintain an accurate and thorough filing system related to payable invoices.
Skills and Experience:
?
You will have some years proven experience in a similar role.

?
You will be able to demonstrate good communication skills.
?
Previous experience using ERP systems such as SAPor similar would be an advantage
?
You will be a great communicator with strong numerical and written skills.
?
Have excellent workload planning and organisational skills, giving you the ability to prioritise a challenging workload.
Working Hours - 37.5 per week
