For this post you should be a dynamic graduate who has at least received a 2:1 in your degree and previous experience supporting children. You will be a graduate who can show how good your communication skills are by interacting with everyone at the school, including parents and governors. This vacancy is open to those who have a desire to be a teacher and an unflinching passion to succeed. You must have an honest belief in the value of a good education and be able to prove this by showing a constant focus on inclusive practice.

In this KS2 Teaching Assistant position you will be helping to add another element to class learning within KS2 exclusively. You will be acquiring a range of skills and methods from a SENCO as a mentor which will give you confidence in the classroom. You will begin in a support role, and build up your teaching timetable as your confidence grows. By the second year you will be teaching an 80% timetable.
