Are you an experienced Recruitment Account Manager, with a strong background in on-site client relationship management and team-leading? Experis, part of ManpowerGroup, is seeking a new Senior Account Manager for its large prestigious Defence/Engineering client based out of Experis Bristol Office with regular travel to client sites. If you are currently (or recently) a Recruitment Account Manager with specific experience with a large, complex, high volume client contract, this could be your exciting next career move.The purpose of this role is to be responsible for building and managing the relationships with principle stakeholders within your business area(s), to drive recruitment activity and to maximise the number of placements made by Experis. You will support and manage a number of Account Managers and will be accountable for building upon the existing high levels of customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for introducing the client to innovative solutions and services at every opportunity for all recruitment channels including Contract / Contingent, Permanent, Employed Consultant as well as project based packages, both within your business area and those of the Account Managers reporting into you.This is a great opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Account Manager looking to move into a more senior position. A background in engineering recruitment would be an advantage, but you would need to clearly demonstrate your track record in strong client stakeholder management, including examples of working with stakeholders to design, implement and develop innovative new sourcing strategies - to achieve this, you will need the ability and communication skills to develop and demonstrate a deep understanding of the client's business and future strategies, playing these back to internal and client stakeholders with articulate planning.So, what are you waiting for?
