Exciting opportunity for a high achiever to join a sales team in delivering the business strategy by driving sales of Legal Services within the Conveyancing market and developing the company brand. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for developing business with Conveyancing Solicitors - seeking new business opportunities and increasing market share and market awareness - driving revenue growth and delivering against the financial and business plan - creating and implementing a results focused sales plan aimed at new and existing clients. Growing existing relationships and developing new relationships with key players. Success will be measured by direct contribution to the revenue of the business. Travel will be a key part of this role and therefore candidates must have a full driving license (ideally clean). Looking for a dynamic, ambitious, business-minded professional, with an eye for new opportunities, sound commercial acumen and the ability to drive sales and increase revenue by developing new business opportunities. Candidates must demonstrate a high achieving new business sales track record of selling services, specifically to Conveyancing law firms, banks and/or property investment companies. To be successful in this role, candidates will need to show enthusiasm, drive and passion with a strong desire to win new business and possess the ability to influence senior decision makers. Detailed knowledge of the residential property market is highly desirable - product training will be provided.
