Delivery Consultant

As a Delivery Consultant, you will be working closely with the recruitment team to ensure all permanent and contract vacancies are resourced in line with agreed service levels, with a particular focus on volume hiring clients. The Delivery Consultant will have end to end accountability for the sourcing of candidates for specified clients ensuring the most appropriate methods of recruitment sourcing are being utilised; ensuring processes are adhered to and service delivery is maximised. This will include: Full job briefing with Senior 360 Consultants & Account Managers: agree, plan and own attraction strategies for designated business areas and roles.Managing expectations of candidates throughout the process through regular contact and role updates.Sourcing and attraction of direct applicants through personal direct sourcing activity via bullhorn, web mining of databases Job Boards, Linked In etcCarry out telephone screening activities and providing short lists of candidates.Provision of timely feedback on all role processes to all relevant partiesTo maintain accurate electronic and manual records of all recruitment activity to comply with organisational, legal and statutory requirements and to provide statistical information through slack and other methodsAbilty to think 'outside of the box' and be proactive in your approach to maximise opportunities To be successful in this role you will have a thorough understanding of recruitment and the high standards required to execute the process.
