Operations & Training Executive - (18 month contract with perm potential)This is a varied role situated in Cheltenham town centre for a prestigious company with a vibrant working environment and extensive benefits package.The successful candidate will need to have a travel background, be comfortable implementing and enforcing new procedures and have some form of training experience. Duties will include - * Responsible for day-to-day running of training facility, co-ordinating sessions and liaising with those that deliver the training * To maintain the training calendar and ensure the guidelines and procedures are adhered to. * Liaise with appropriate product managers to arrange training. * Log all attendees of supplier training. * To maintain, in conjunction with the HR and Training Executive, the central training database that details who has attended what training and when. * Develop within the database, a clear view of all available training courses and sessions. * To ensure that everyone within the business receives the training that they need to competently carry out their job. * Maintain and continuously improve the Induction programme for all Sales and Sales Support staff members. * Ensure the operations manual is kept up to date * Run weekly/monthly reports for the MD * Updating the operations content on the intranetThe Benefits* Holiday pay, which increases with length of service * Excellent induction * Ongoing training programme * An interesting and varied career path * A vibrant working environment * Travel discounts * Pension scheme * Honesty tuck shop * Free weekly organic fruit * Bike to work scheme * Childcare vouchers * Free eye tests * Organised social events * Life Assurance??20,000 - ??25,000 per annum dependant on experience
