As a Junior or Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for managing an established desk of clients, maintaining relationships and seeking new growth opportunities. You will also be responsible for generating new business through gaining leads, sales calls and client interaction both on the telephone and face to face. This job role is extremely varied, however, key duties will include: Recruiting and screening candidates and matching to suitable job rolesEfficient sales and target planning - mapping your marketSelling our recruitment services and negotiating the rates of businessMaintaining compliance standardsDaily administration and account managementSales cycle - manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond. This includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients professionallyPro-actively seek sales opportunities and turn into business winsBuild mutually benefiting relationships with clients and candidates and work as part of a growing, successful and passionate team To succeed with us you will need to demonstrate that you are: Passionate, self-motivated and a hungry for successYou possess a commitment and a desire to provide outstanding service to clients and candidatesA confident communicator, with the ability to interact with a range of different levels and personalities; not shy away when the going gets toughAn ability to think 'outside of the box' and come up with solutions quicklyTeam driven, have attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills Ideally you will have experience in either Sales or Account Management roles within the Recruitment industry or similar sectors, a proven track record of achieving set targets or have the ability to show us your hunger???
