We are looking for a Store Manager to join our passionate and knowledgeable team at the Bristol Store. You must have a proven track record in managing a team to drive store success, an enthusiasm for luxury products and a determination to exceed customer expectations. The key duties will include: Demonstrating significant leadership qualities in a customer facing environment.Accountability for the commercial performance of the store by driving sales and achieving KPI's.Delivering and inspiring outstanding customer service.Coaching, developing and managing staff by providing feedback to ensure that there is a positive brand experience for the customer at all times and that team members have excellent product knowledge.Overseeing compliance of staff with internal Company policies, as well as Health and Safety requirements.Planning resources to ensure that customer demand will always be met.Developing a thorough knowledge of relevant luxury product trends.Maintaining the highest standards in terms of merchandise displays.
