I am currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Manager (Shift Manager level) for a market leading 3PL based in Somerset. This renowned company have multiple sites through the UK so offer an incredible amount of progression and opportunity. Warehouse Team Manager (primary site) A very hands-on role dedicated to ensuring the workforce is engaged, well managed and performing to the highest standards against their business set key performance indicators. Working in a key primary site, you will ensure optimum efficiency throughout your operation through excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to excel in a pressurised fast paced environment as well as working with high attention to detail. Shift patterns working 5 from 7 days, 6-2pm, 2-10pm and will be 2 weekends out of 5 You will have * At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar FMCG warehouse operation (ideally a temperature controlled distribution centre) * A customer focused approach to your work ethic * Passion, drive and enthusiasm to lead and succeed * An innovative approach to management - being creative and implementing new ways to improve performance.
