Key Accountabilities: You will take a responsible and self-reliant approach to assisting the children and young people within the house.You will ensure relevant documentation is updated frequently.You will take a lead role in facilitating and monitoring the health and welfare of the children and young people in your care.As advocate you are required to bring issues that arise immediately to the attention of the shift leader or house manager or registered manager. Knowledge, Skills and Experience: You will already have a QCF National Diploma 3 in residential childcare or equivalent or be willing to undertake this course.
