Transport Team ManagerNights (primary site) As a Transport Team Manager, you will be running a fast paced, operational distribution section of our business which is responsible for over 40 vehicles and more than 60 drivers. Reporting to the Logistics Manager and alongside fellow Team Managers, you will be supported by Transport Administrators in delivering excellent service to our customer whilst operating efficiently, safely and compliantly. A very hands-on role dedicated to ensuring the workforce is engaged, well managed and performing to the highest standards against their business set KPIs. You will ensure optimum efficiency throughout your operation through excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to excel in a pressurised fast paced environment as well as working with high attention to detail.
