We've worked hard to be able to keep that promise, working hand in hand with some of the nation's largest retailers and brands to deliver seamless in-store marketing campaigns for the last 40 years. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Resource Scheduler (Project planner/Coordinator) to join our busy Installations department. Reporting into the Resourcing Centre Operations Manager, the Resource Scheduler (Project Planner/Coordinator) will take responsibility for ensuring all client projects are fully resourced to enable them to be completed on time, to budget and to the client's satisfaction. The Resource Scheduler will take overall accountability for the creation of daily and weekly journey plans based on the requirements of the project, allocating the daily schedules to the best skilled resource available to ensure that we get our people, to the places we're working and set up them up to succeed on every project. A master of multi-tasking (planning and organising), you will be dealing with everything from negotiating rates with our sub-contractors to putting together really well thought out daily journey plans to ensure we deliver our projects "Right, First Time". You'll be highly detail orientated and have a "hands on approach" to the planning and organisation of your resources. No two days are the same and you'll be the kind of person that thrives on dealing with the unexpected and will be able to remain cool and determined in your response when out of the blue situations arise. As part of a bigger team, you'll be a real team player, known as the kind of person that is happy to support your colleagues when they need it. A rock that others can lean on. Key Accountabilities: - To ensure all projects are effectively scheduled with appropriately skilled people to meet/exceed the Clients requirements - To ensure all people deployed to projects are done so in the most cost effective way to retain profit and achieve target margins, as set by the business - To put together logical and cost effect journey plans to ensure that we get our people to the optimum number of sites, to complete our clients projects on time - To maintain field resource skill base and sub-contractor records - To act as the main day to day contact for the resourcing of all projects that are assigned to you, working with the Project & Field Management Teams to deliver on time, every time, for the client. - To ensure our systems and all related project information are maintained with accurate data - Effectively communicate with colleagues in the Resource Management Team and Field Management Team to keep projects on track from a delivery and cost perspective - To effectively communicate with Regional Managers daily and communicate future project information If you have strong administration skills, excellent communication skills, have a keen eye for detail and planning and enjoy working in a fast paced and fun environment you could be the person we are looking for!
