Self-employed Site Manager required by expanding regional development company Your new companyOur client is a regional builder that specialises in developing bespoke, luxury residential properties across the south-west, ranging from barn conversions to newbuild apartment blocks. As a result of considered and controlled expansion in 2017, they are looking to appoint a capable, experienced site manager to their established team of construction professionals.Your new roleYou will take responsibility for the delivery of one of the company's developments in either Somerset or Devon. Duties include supervising direct employees and subcontractors, ordering materials, liaison with customers, consultants and authorities, health and safety on site and ensuring each property is delivered to programme and to the high standards of quality expected.What you'll need to succeedIdeally, you will have worked your way up to site manager level from a trade background, have excellent communication skills and a proven track record of delivering design and build projects within budget and timescale.
