Static Site Engineer

Job Title: Static Site EngineerJob Location: Bristol Sport - Ashton Gate StadiumResponsible to: Contract SupervisorBrief details of position: A Full Time vacancy has arisen for a static M&E Engineer based at Ashton Gate Stadium Main Duties and Responsibilities include:- Be conversant with current health & safety legislation with relevance to safe working practices and attend tool box talks- Complete a weekly timesheet and submit in accordance with company procedures- Liaise and co-ordinate site activities associated with services for which you are responsible, i.e. labour planning and ordering of materials.- Carry out ppm and reactive work as required in order to meet completion deadlines.- Take ownership of the clients' needs and pursue good communications with the customer in order to build a stable relationship- Be proactive with regard to preventative maintenance and extra works- Be available to attend emergency call outs and provide written incident reports as required- Co-ordinate and manage all subcontractors activity relating to works undertaken onsite planned and reactive- To cover all events as scheduled by your line manager working on a rota Monday-Sunday - Manage and monitor the reactive work order process taking all jobs through to completion within SLA's and ensuring all paper worked is checked and passed to administrator for closure- Undertake site surveys and prepare quotations/information for additional works/repairs Essential skills and qualifications: - A minimum of City & Guilds qualifications within building services or equivalent- Qualified M&E Engineer/Plumber- A good knowledge of all building services and adaptable to deliver all work requests- Sound administration and organisational skills - Proven practical experience within the building industry- Proactive approach to all tasks undertaken - High standard of workmanship- Reliability - Salary range: Circa,26k pa. To be discussed at interview- 42.5 hours a week and working any 5 days out of 7.- There is no company vehicle.
