Mission & role of the function: It is the duties of the Technician to routinely inspect, sample concrete and aggregates in accordance within company's standards and those set-out by EDF. Manage and conduct all activities as stated within the operational procedures for, Health & Safety, Environmental, & Quality. The key areas of responsibly are:*H&S, Environmental, Quality*Sampling and testing of all concrete and aggregate materials as required through the use of processes and procedures*Material handling and inspections *Adhere to EDF Code of Conduct for Hinkley PointKey accountabilities*To follow & comply with NNB Health & Safety procedures & policies as to conform to the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974. Actively reporting Near Misses & issues to site management.
