Team Assistant - Legal Property
We are recruiting a Team Assistant to join our client, a legal practice that provides practical, high quality and commercially relevant legal advice to public, private and third sector organisations. The Team Assistant will support the lawyers with any administrative tasks to allow them to spend more time with clients. Overview Diary managementArranging meetings, book conference rooms and prepare refreshmentsOrganise travel arrangementsOpening and distributing post, faxing, photocopying, printingFiling and record keepingAssist with marketing activities and preparation of pitches and presentationsAnswer phone calls and emails in a professional and timely mannerArrange covers in case of absence or sicknessLiaise with clients and keep their details updated in the systemProduce and maintain Excel spreadsheets Key Skills Background in law (Property)Experienced in carrying out Land Registry searches and TM Search Flow searchesUnderstanding of property documents such as TR1s, Leases and general property documentationAccurate typing speed of min. 60 WPMExperienced in Microsoft Work, Outlook, Excel and PowerPointExcellent communication skills on all levelsHighly organised, detail oriented and flexibleAbility to prioritise daily workload and stay calm under pressurePositive and professional approach This role is a 12 month FTC, based in Bristol with a salary of ??24,000 If you think this role would suit you, please get in touch with your updated CV.
