Compliance Manager

We are currently recruiting a Compliance Manager to join our client, a leading international legal practice based in Bristol. The purpose of the role is to support the Legal and Compliance Department, acting as an advisor on legal matters. Overview Advise the company on legal service quality, regulatory compliance and risk managementEnsure that the company is always updated on the latest professional, legal and best practice developmentCommunicate legal service and regulatory compliance best practice developments to employees and ensure they understand all aspects of itAssist with the design, implementation and operation of effective policies and processes for managing the firm's exposure to risksProvide support and advice on legal service provision and risk management to the team Key Skills Experience in a compliance specialist role within a professional services environmentAbility to organise daily workload autonomously and to keep tight deadlinesExcellent communication skills on all levelsExperienced in Excel and PowerPointAbility to complete and present data analysis and to manipulate dataExperience in Elite or other data inputting systems advantageousAbility to manage a team on a project basis This is a full-time permanent role, based in Bristol.
