Project Manager

Working in partnership with our progressive and forward thinking client, we are recruiting for a Mechanical Project Manager to join their expanding team.Reporting to the Managing Director you will have full control of projects including cost control, project commissioning and handover. You will also be working closely with the bid team to ensure the highest possible chance of success is met on all tenders.Coming from a strong plumbing, HVAC mechanical projects management background, and being HNC or equivalent qualified, you will be a strong leader and team player who is able to manage multiple projects at any one time, along with being success motivated. You will have strong financial acumen with regards to budgets, and have high levels of attention to detail and plenty of industry awareness.The majority of projects are within the commercial and industrial sectors, with some specialist residential.This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to progress their career to the next stage and to make the position their own and to be part of a growing company.In return our client is offering a salary to ??45,000 + benefits.For a confidential and informal discussion please contact Mark Studley on .
