Customer Service Advisor - Entry Level Opportunity!Cirencester (Outskirts) IMMEDIATE START ??7.20ph My client is seeking customer service representatives to join its growing team working full time hours in its fun and lively office based just on the outskirts of Cirencester. This exciting opportunity will involve dealing with all inbound enquiries from customers via the telephone and via email. You will be reporting to the customer services team manager and my client is ideally looking for candidates who have some retail customer services experience with the right enthusiastic personality, looking to start a new career in an office. Key Responsibilities: Capture and entry of customer data & administrationProcessing Customer ordersResolving customer queries on the telephone and via emailEnsuring that my client's customers receive the best service. Previous experience in an office environment is not required - just a willingness to learn and previous experience of dealing with customers.
