They are a Wealth management firm who enjoy good growth and an excellent brand in the market. They are keen to attract an individual who has worked in a sales support or administrative role within a Financial Services Environment. Duties & responsibilities: Preparing new business applications and paperworkEnsuring that all information is gathered ahead of client meetingsProcessing new business applications and following through to completionPreparing correspondence for adviser(s) as and when requiredPreparing portfolio valuationsDealing with written and telephone enquiries from clients and product providersPlacing deals and managing clients' portfolios onlineMaintaining clients records and updating them as requiredCarrying out Anti-Money Laundering checksArranging client meetings and diary managementEnsuring that procedures and compliance requirements are adhered toGeneral administration duties In addition, the successful candidate will: Have gained relevant experience of working in a similar environmentHave good knowledge of wealth management products including pensions, investments and protectionHave good knowledge of regulatory requirementsBe a proficient user of Microsoft officeBe able to work independently and as part of a teamHave excellent communication skills written and verbalHave proven planning and organisational skillsHave a can do attitudeHave the ability to work in a pressurised environment In return, you will be offered a competitive salary and benefits and support for future training.
