Electronic Fitter / Tester Contract Positions - Aerospace Up to ??15.36 per hour plus competitive overtime ratesYeovilWe are currently recruiting for Electronic Fitter / Testers for a large Aerospace Manufacturers in Yeovil. This is a contract role offering an immediate start. The main purpose of the role is to assemble and test a range of electronic controllers and recording systems to aerospace standards. You will be expected to fault find in analogue and digital components using multi meters, oscilloscopes, power supplies and Automatic Test Equipment. The ideal candidate will have the following attributes;- A working knowledge of Electronic Assembly / Fitting / Testing- The ability to achieve and maintain a high technical understanding of electronic products- Good electronic diagnostic / fault finding abilities- High standard of Health & Safety- Adherence to Company Processes and Procedures- Working in a Customer-focused environment and achieving targets- Strong interpersonal skills across all levels within the organisationThe following would be desirable but not essential;?? Advanced Modern Apprenticeship?? Ability to soft solder to J Std.?? Aerospace experienceAll successful applications will be subject to a drug screening and a Disclosure Scotland background check.
