An ERP Project Manager is required to join our busy IT team in Bristol on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Portfolio Programme Manager you will be working closely with your IT colleagues, internal customers and external partners to deliver key changes to help the business reach its goals. This role will see you:


Working with the business to understand the requirements and scope of the project
Managing stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment to deliver the project
Selecting, leading and motivating your project team from both internal and external stakeholder organisations
Managing the on-going performance of the project against budget, milestones and timescales throughout the lifecycle of the project
Identifying and managing risks to ensure delivery is on time
Managing, coaching and developing direct reports

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

It`s important to us that you have:


Experience of at least 2 ERP implementations
A good understanding of Finance and HR functions
Proven experience of Business Change Techniques
Experience in delivering projects with solutions involving bespoke and package solutions
Previous experience of initiating and running multiple projects simultaneously
PMP/ Prince 2 certification
Oracle experience is desirable
