Our client is offering a very competitive salary of GBP22k as well as free Bupa healthcare, 25 days holiday, a company pension and bonuses. As well as being Lexcel accredited they have also achieved the Investors in people award due to the level of commitment they have to their staff.
The role;
As a successful Collections Negotiator your role will be to recover outstanding debts on behalf of a range of clients such as banks, financial services and utility companies. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload effectively always adhering to TCF guidelines as well as building rapport and showing empathy. As well as ongoing training you will be given 5 weeks of extensive classroom training, once fully trained you will need to work efficiently spending 85% of the day on calls and 15% managing the admin aspects of your caseload.
What we need in our Collections Negotiators;
* Collections experience OR Customer service experience
* A high level of empathy for people
* People with first class communication skills and a desire to negotiate outcomes that are good for everyone
* At least GCSE level education (B minimun in Maths and English)
