Accounts Assistant - responsible for tasks relating to the preparation and maintenance of financial records as well as cash handling, Banking and office administration. Typical responsibilities include: Purchase Ledger, Data checks & Input, Supplier reconciliations, Taking payments, dealing with Queries. Other administration duties within the company as and when needed.

Requirements: Working as part of a team within a fast paced business environment you will be experienced with bookkeeping practices and demonstrate a flexible approach, have a knowledge of accounting terminology, experience with SAGE accounting system, Understanding of filing systems, Administrative skills, Organisational skills, Attention to detail, Analytical skills, Knowledge of accountant rules and legislation, Ability to detect inconsistencies, Prioritisation skills, Communication skills, Data entry.

Salary GBP16,000.00 per annum Hours 9am - 5pm (Monday to Friday) - Permanent position (pending a 3 month probationary period).
